Connectivity Issue

I have an issue with my "connection" it says that i'm not accepting incoming but i'm uploading at 56kb/s... same download speed... Is that a bug or i have a mistake and i don't understand what it indicates?

You don't understand what it indicates.

It doesn't matter what direction the connection occurs in, data can still transfer over it.
