bigjonempire
i just switched to uTorrent from BitLord. I have large torrents that I only need a few files of at a time. How can I download the first group of files and then go back and download more files from the same torrent later? I hope this makes some sense. moogly
Select the torrent job and go to Files tab, right click on a file and change the priority to "Don't Download".

milkwasabadchoice
Is there a way to "reactivate" that file in the torrent to download at a later time?
DreadWingKnight
select a priority other than "don't download"
Switeck
Yes, change it from "Don't Download" to Low, Normal, or High.
milkwasabadchoice
Thanks for the answers... But let me rephrase my question...If I download a torrent that has 25 music videos in it, but I only want 4 of those videos, I select the 4 I want, they download, everything's fine. Now, if that torrent has finished, stopped, but it's still listed and seeding and I want another one of those videos (marked "skip" in the Priority column under the Files tab) is there a way to un-skip them after the fact?Up until now, I've been removing the torrent from utorrent, re-downloading the torrent, selecting the files I didn't download before and getting them, but that's getting annoying.Hopefully I've explained myself. Thanks again.
DreadWingKnight
And yet you have completely ignored what you have been told in response to your issue.
milkwasabadchoice
Actually, ya know what, I kinda did. I never tried right clicking on "skip" and trying the other options. I was trying to click on the torrent name itself in the upper window. Whew. My bad. But thanks for being so nice about it.
