Window with list of files in torrent wont pop up

I have the the box checked in the UI settings that when you add a torrent to download, its supposed to have a window pop up with a list of all the files inside the torrent, so that they can be checked or unchecked. Ever since i upgraded to 1.8.4 i have not been able to get this to work, it was working fine before the upgrade. Any ideas??
