I need some one to go over it with me step by step on how to do it correctly; SO PLEASE somebody help me!Ok, I'm seeding a file and the upload rate is soooo slow, it's between 0.7 kB/s - 0.9 kB/s. How do I increase it? Here's all the info...I did this test as I'm seeding the file...Here's the info from utorrent "speed guide" (click on it once, when it opens click on it again to get full size view of the pic)...
