Zero seeds and peers

I have been having a problem with downloading torrents lately. My ports are forwarding and my firewall has been check and everything checks out and I should be downloading just fine, but I'm not. Dont matter which torrent I choose, it always says there are 0(0) peers and seeds. This could be a popular torrent and it will come back the same. Of course I get the red downward arrow of doom beside the file name, but I dont get why. I have read every forum I could on the subject and it should be working. Help please. Thanks
