Switeck Posted October 10, 2009 Report Share Posted October 10, 2009 Did your software firewall, AV, or windows have an automatic update?Was uTorrent updated in that time?Have you done wireshark traces to determine if there's packet tampering being done by your ISP, such as spurious RST packets or faked idle packets?Do you know what kind of DPI equipment your ISP uses?
