Invy Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 I'd selected to download 39 gb of a 108 gb torrent, and i've downloaded 32.2 gb of those 39 gb (81.3%) thus far. Everything was going fine until i came back from restarting my computer. Now when I try to start that torrent up to resume download, it tells me 'error: files missing, please recheck, etc'. Well, I rechecked it, and after it was done doing so, I clicked Start, and it still gave me that same error message. Normally, after a recheck, if files were missing, it would make me download those files again, correct? But that's not the case here, which is where my problem lies. I wouldn't mind, at all, having to download a few GB again, as I just want to get this torrent over with already.BTW, this may be relevant. I relocated several files to multiple folders. I have also renamed several of the files since some of them weren't named properly and fell out of order, so deleting the torrent, and re-adding it is not an option. It will just make a big mess. For example I have:original file location has 33 files in D:\''Folder''36 files re-located in E:\S1538 files re-located in E:\S16goes all the way to S20 etc etc.So I have no idea where to go from here. I guess I shouldn't have screwed with the filenames until after I finished downloading everything I needed, eh? What would happen if I deleted the ~uTorrentPartFile_1B03EE82CC.dat file? Should I bother trying?Well I just deleted the partfile and rechecked, all is well now. That was odd. Must have just bugged or somethin
