How to make SEEDING speed more stable ??

Hi all,

I already set my uT with conservative setting chart as follow :

50 mbit/sec ║ 5000│ 30║ 150│ 800║ 50│ 30

My preferences/advanced setting is standard

Now I am seeding to private torrent (no download) as my capture below :

Questions is :

1. Why my seeding speed NOT stable ?

2. Is there any advance setting that I must change ?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
