First of all, it seems like an oxymoron to me, as error 450 is supposed to be an SMTP error. Second, it's quite frustrating because the torrent download site tells me that there are three seeds on the tracker and then I can't connect to the tracker.Thanks for any suggestions,Prymal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This error is given when Windows Parental Controls are turned on and are blocking access to the given webpage.Fix up your parental controls, or if applicable, tell your parents to fix it.
