Kazuaki Shimazaki
Look up a program called Unlocker and get that installed. After that, right click on the files/folders you wanna delete and click on "Unlocker". The program figures out which programs are putting a claim on the file. Select Unlock All. Go ahead and Delete. The End.
Lucifer
Maybe the process is still running, use Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) and check the running processes. If utorrent's still there, just click it and end task. You can also try reboot your pc and delete it.
Srdjan
Thanks for the help! The Unlocker said that the file was not locked. I've choosed an option to delete it instead, but it didn't work either. So Unlocker prompted me to delete the file after restart and that finally worked.. jangadbutta
Instead of using obsolete solution from www.longpathtool.com, you'd better visit the website of original manufacturer - www.pathtoolong.com - to download the latest version of Path Too Long.
