DHT deal

Hello everyone. I hope im not reposting nothing, but im having a big deal with my utorrent program since last 3 days ago.

I cant get connect because im having a problem with my "DHT" ( i dont really know whats this) which is standing with the message " waiting to connect" from hours ago... : (

Hope someone could help me, please

PS: i dont use proxys and i guess my firewall is diseable.

Do GOOGLE searches over the next month for people on your ISP that are having bittorrent problems.

any other idea anyone, please? and i should say that all this shit is happening because i decided to make an upload of my utorrent while it was downloading Ok...
