moogly
All your history and settings about uT. Use the freeware BEncode Editor (http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=31306) if you want to see the contents of these files.
BlueDragon
No, there is no log file containing the infos about what has been down or uploaded and from where. In the resume.dat file you'll just find some statistical informations about your torrents BUT this information will be removed as soon as you remove the torrent from uT.More important than backing up regularly the various .dat files would IMO be to backup the .torrent files before you delete them (upon removal if you selected the appropriate del option).I would personally advise to backup the .torrent files (I am zipping them in a file on a regular base) and of course the downloaded data files. With this information you may at any time start a download or a seeding action again later (except if you have a PartFile in case of selective partial download !! ). The statistical information in the *.dat files is of no relevant use from this point of view.Hope you are getting a better picture with this explanation. moogly
.torrents are saved by default in the folder %appdata%\utorrent or in the folder you set in Preferences > Directories, that's all.uT doesn't track another copies of .torrents.
