Newtrok ok then not OK

I just got a brand new computer (not so fancy) my old one was 5 yrs old. I use vevrizon dsl and a westell 7500 modem/router. I have opend the port and the port checker says its open, I also have Norton Internet security which i had on my old computer also.

The confusion is sometimes it tells me the network is ok and I get the green check and otehrtimes I get that yellow yield sign that says no in coming conection if its satys this way there could be a problem .....

I have windows firewall turned off and I have aloowed utorrent through Norton's firewall.

why would it be ok sometimes and not others?

Yellow is indeterminate, if torrents with plenty of seeds/peers keep it green then it's fine, if it goes red THEN you have a problem.
