utorrent + kis 2010 hazardous combination?

I just installed windows 7 and then utorrent with my av product as kis 2010. Whenever i add a torrent, the system itself freeezes (unlike other cases a BSOD warning does not happen here).

So, i have to make an emergency shutdown. I have also scanned the whole system and it does not have any malware or trojans around. Is it really a bug or compatibility error of utorrent in windows 7 or some other problem? Here's the HijackThis log:

Indexers as a general rule do not play nice with uTorrent. This might be part of your problem:

Pessimist cat sez uninstall KIS and see if it does anything. I've gotten BSOD's from it before on several occasions, and it has blocked silently blocked µTorrent and lied about the firewall being uninstalled.

still not working after uninstalling the products you guys have said......(nero and kis)

remember the same programs were used in windows vista home premium and it worked.

practically there seems to be a compatibility issue with windows 7. is it?
