can't delete one specific file on my external HDD

Hi,

I have this folder contain one file, this file that I trying to delete causing my Explorer.exe hang for very long. I restarted several times yet computer become lagging and firefox delaying to shown up.

This file name call ~uTorrentPartFile_4A15F7AB9.dat.

How to solve. please help. My vista computer become crazy now.

Use freeware Unlocker (http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/), it's very useful to delete locked files.
