Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Zugriff verweigert

Hi,

Since today I have the problem that my utorrent cant connect. Yesterday all worked very good.

But as I started the PC today and started utorrent, i see this message in the logg-file:

[2009-11-03 14:26:17] Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Zugriff verweigert (access denied)

I tried to run utorrent without the windows firewall an recieved the same message!?! (without any firewall!!)

My port is open. I tested it with the utorrent online testing tool. (green light is on)

I work with windows 7 professional and utorrent 1.8.4.

Hope you understand my engslih and can help me.
