Clicking on a magnet link in browser (or adding a magnet link with "File -> Add Torrent from URL") adds it to uTorrent's queue in the stopped state and with download location set to the folder specified in "Preferences -> Directories -> Put new downloads in" (which is a bug by itself because I have that checkbox unchecked - see screenshot).Then I right-click that newly created download, go to "Advanced -> Set Download Location" and choose a target folder/file. When I start downloading, uTorrent gets torrent info from DHT, changes download title accordingly, and then changes download location to "My Documents\Downloads" folder.
