Windows 7 x64 install problem

Hi! I use uTorrent for long time. Some time ago I install Windows 7 x64 on my notebook. And I trying to install latest version of uTorrent. Below I posting my actions:

1. I press "download..." Green button on the first page of this site.

2. I choose "Run" and see "Language selector window" with download progress bar at the next step.

3. I still to waiting while download language progress finished, but progress bar stay to zero every time.

4. Well. I press "Close" button and see some screens with additional settings.

5. Ok. Last screen in my instalation is "Install Yandex bar" I unchecked two checkboxes, press "Install", press "Yes" for UAC and nothing from installator. From other side if I check Yandex Bar checkboxes, uTorrent will to install without any problems!

Sorry, but I hate any bars from Yandex, Google, Yahoo and so on! I really hate it, such us this software make some collisions with langage selection and some antivirus recognize bars as potentially dangerous software. So, I hate it! And I want to install uTorrent without any bars. But I can't install uTorrent with unchecked checkboxes for "Yandex Bar"

What does it mean? Is you specially do it?

Copy the .exe where you want it to run.

Create an empty settings.dat file in the same folder.

THEN try to run the .exe

Where I can found .exe, if web installer can't download it? Do you have zip package for standalone install?

There is no installer version.

If you got prompted for a yandex toolbar on install, you probably didn't get utorrent from here, as NO toolbar attempts to install on 64-bit versions of windows.
