An hour ago I had an okay 100-300kb dl rate, and I had a bunch of torrents seeding, but now I can't barely upload anything and my dl's have slowed to a crawl (I looked at the speed history thing, and the change didn't happen gradually as at one point it suddenly spikes down and stays there).I live in Canada, and unfortunately I'm with Bell Sympatico.Is there a way to...a) Make them stop?
