How to retrieve torrents that are not saved on comp

I downloaded a lot of torrents but they were never saved onto my computer. if my comp was to crash and be reformatted and utorrent loses all its torrents how do i retrieve them? Or is there a way to save them onto my computer?

uTorrent saves the .torrent files to %appdata%\utorrent by default.

Otherwise, it saves the .torrent files to the folder you specify.
