SolemnMind
I am using the latest version of uTorrent on Windows 7. I can download at full speeds and there's a green sign that says my network is working as it should. The problem is that when I test whether the port is forwarded properly it says that it's not. On the websites of the private trackers I use it also says that I'm unconnectable. I think my download is recorded but my upload is not. The problem started when I got a new laptop with Windows 7. All my settings and firewalls are configured the same way as on my previous computer and when I run the port checker on that computer there is no problem. Can anyone help? Switeck
The green light can appear even if uTorrent is only unfirewalled for Teredo and uTP connections (which are still both semi-rare).Did you port forward both UDP and TCP to your computer's fixed LAN ip address that should be outside the router's DHCP dynamic LAN ip range?
