AcidRoot Posted November 11, 2009 Report Share Posted November 11, 2009 When i start utorrent i can't use my web browser to browse the internet but i can use other applications that require internet access excluding windows live messenger. I have already tried the dht and upnp fix and I'm not using a fire wall and my ports are forwarded. Also I am using Firefox and Google chrome. IAmAI Posted November 11, 2009 Report Share Posted November 11, 2009 It may be worth pointing out, in case you are not aware, that uTorrent will likely use up all of your upload bandwidth by default. This can be detrimental to other applications that require Internet access. The link provided by DeadWingKnight will direct you to information on configuring uTorrent in order to make optimal usage of you Internet connection while minimizing the impact on other applications.
