Shagger Posted November 11, 2009 Report Share Posted November 11, 2009 All,I have been having issues with my torrents downloading and then hanging up my computer. I have let the torrents run and they are fine until the utorrent goes into "allocating files" mode. Then my CPU spikes to 100 for a few minutes and then drops back to a normal level, the download rate drops from 400 Kb/s to about 10 Kb/s then I cannot start any programs and cannot even shutdown.
