fzsky Posted November 12, 2009 Report Share Posted November 12, 2009 OK, for those who suffering PC freezing when using uTorrent, this might help you a little bit.If you are using Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, check if the version is 9.0.0.736. On various Chinese forums I found this version of KIS has serious compatibility issue with all kinds of bittorrent clients. So, what you should do is UNINSTALL KIS v9.0.0.736 AND INSTALL v9.0.0.483 OR EARLIER.I did as above and my uTorrent is totally working fine now.However, I doubt whether the upgrade from 483 to 736 is automatic, because if it is, the big problem will appear again.
