problem with ports / incoming connections while using a VPN

Hello there!

Can someone help me with port and connection problems? I am using openVPN and just dont know how to get good connections to others. It is downloading some files, but not all of them and very slow. If I am connected without the VPN everything is lightning fast. And I am not a computer wiz, to let you know.

DHT and Local Peer Discovery in uTorrent may bypass your VPN...so you may want to disable both.
