When I have the inactive window selected and click on the file that is shown as inactive, I get a box that says torrent settings - bandwidth settings, in the max upload rate box and max download rate it says 0, is this correct or should I be putting another value in?.Als ois it normal for the uploading programes to flip between active and inactive? - ThxDekfit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tomtom25 Posted November 16, 2009 Report Share Posted November 16, 2009 the uploading and downloading maximum rates are limit's, not requirements (if your max rate is 20kb/s, it means at it's fastest your torrent will be doing 20kb/s, but not ALL the time. 0 is the number used to show default settings. as long as you have utorrent set up correctly, there's nothing to worry about.
