meisterjohnny
Hi, i'm on Singtel ISP in singapore. According to glasnost, they do throttle, which is not a recent phenomenon. But can it be this extreme?Recently, over the past few days, my DL speeds dropped from 350 to 20 kBps, without warning.Even worse, this seems to occur throughout the day.something terrible is happening: when i click "show statistics",number incoming connections since start = 2396.number of outgoing connections since start = 0.What is going on? Why is my client not connecting to the peers? The ports are forwarded properly, green tick etc...and there are many peers listed for each torrent.I've read and followed Ultima's SPEED ISSUES post.Thanks.
