Problem with speeds..

Hi all

the problem is that im downloading really slowly. With a torrent with 3000 seeds, im downloading at about 50-100 kb/s

i have a 4mb connection, so im used to download at about 300-400-450 kb/s...i made a reset to my sagem fast 2000, and the problem started.

my isp dont do ts, ports are properly forwarded and opened( on fw and router), so i dont know why this is happening:(

i dont know if i have an static ip address, maybe the problem is there, but there isnt any information about this router and his configuration anywhere
