Nooby help! this should be easy for the pros

Ok ive looked through all the speed guides and how to's but i still dont get it, i dont what you have to divide the megabites by 8 or something an get megabytes. Im so confused ok this is my internets speed that i got from speedtest.net, can someone tell me how i should configure my utorrent settings based on this speed thanks i would really really appreciate it if u guys could help because ive been trying to do this for like a whole week. And my utorrent download speed isnt as quick as it should be i think. Thanks
