repeat2400 Posted November 19, 2009 Report Share Posted November 19, 2009 i have tried to download several torrents, transformers energon, family guy season 6 and 7, etc.but, when i download them to utorrent no matter how many seeds and leeches it has it won't start, it says on all the trackers that it either failed to connect or the target machine is actively refusing the connection. it even is happening with bleach 246 which just came out today.
