I can't forward my port, please help

hello, I've tried many things but I can't forward my port.

here is what I've tried:

192.168.1.1 - nothing appears

run cmd , ipconfig, my default gateway is 10.0.0.1, but when I enter that address i firefox I see :

I've tried with one program pfconfig, but an error occurred

"error 2 :

We could not find that router in our databese.Please tell our support team that you tried to update router ID."

The port I've tried to forward is 20990, is it ok???

help please
