UL & DL Speed Graphs Y-axis Auto Scale For Both.

Please have both UL and DL speed auto scaled and place the scaled vertical axis labeling for UL on right and DL on left.

EG:

DL UL

20 - | |- 8

| |

10 - | |- 4

| |

| |

The auto scaling for both will change like the single graph plotting does now, but influenced by both UL and DL not just the max of either.
