Ever since the site crashed my downloads just sit at 0% and I don't know what to do. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the fact that I had changed my DNS server to a specific number rather than leaving it to search automatically. I had done this because I hadn't been able to access the site when it was down and after searching online I had found a thread with the recommendation to put in a certain DNS number. I have since removed the number and that seemed to help for a day but now it is back to staying at zero. I don't know what to do and I'm not the most sophisticated person when it comes to computers.
