It's pretty fast for the most part if utorrent isn't open. When I open utorrent, I get the little red circle that says I'm unconnectable. I do not have a firewall other than windows firewall, and that is disabled. I have the utorrent exception checked anyway. What to do?:::.. Upload Stats ..:::Upload Connection is:: 260 Kbps about 0.3 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB)Upload Speed is:: 32 kB/sTested From:: http://testmy.net/ (Main)settings set to this.
