no incoming connections and i can't change firewall rules

Hi..

I'm under the firewall of an internet provider, so i cant change its configuration.. it blocks incoming connections, so my upload speed is very slow.. the network status on uTorrent is red light.

is there any solution to this problem? using a public proxy can solve it?

i dont use router or local firewall.. im using uTorrent 1.8.4

Public proxys are typically firewalled as well.

Teredo/IPv6 should allow you to get at least incoming IPv6 connections.

uTorrent v2.0 beta can also get incoming uTP peers/seeds connections.
