peer guardian 2 - how to uninstall

gave it a demo - it has ruined my dL rate to next to nothing so i disabled it & uninstalled using the control panel program & features option (im on win7 btw)

restart my machine & utorrent is still ruined & showing my port as blocked with the notice

how do i get rid of this garbage? im a fool - there's enuff on this forum saying stay away & i went on a personal recommendation. idiot idiot *slaps forehead repeatedly*

i've run the ccleaner registry gizmo & rebooted ... & http://www.utorrent.com/testport?port=XXXXX is now showing open speeds are still a lil slow but thats more than likely an isp throttle ... my best speeds tend to occur overnight (uk time)
