Problem with network configuration icon....

Hi,

I keep having a yellow/orange triangle icon appear at the bottom of the toolbar with an exclamation mark in it. When I hover over it, it reads the following;

"No incoming connections

Unless icon turns green, it could indicate a problem

with your network configuration."

I did try to find an answer to this in the FAQ and the forum, but couldn't find anything? Hopefully you can help me, as it used to work fine, but hasn't been working very well for a couple of months now.
