Use Distributed Link Tracking for data files.

I always move downloaded files from appropriate folder to folder Music,

torrent Files and Folders rarely stay in original download folder.

If Program can use NTFS Tracking or bind to File MFT Number, I can move my files between partition or may be computer or NTFS Network and they will be available for download.

Today sometimes I use Links and Junction for the same purpose, but creating ones eat my time.
