Error message "unable to load /directory"

I'm using QuickTorrentMaker 1.3 and I have uTorrent 2.1 Beta. The first time I used QTM, I was able to upload a file and have the torrent properly added to uTorrent, The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th times, I QTM finishes successfully, but utorrent always displays the message "Unable to load '/directory' : The system cannot find the file specified."

First off, in QTM, I'm only uploading a single file from my external drive. In QTM, it seemed that it could create the torrent but I can't find it on my local or external drive.

Any ideas?
