Setting to "Resume all torrents" after "Pause all torrents"

Hi,

I would like to request a feature that would allow you to set a period of time that would "Resume all torrents" after "Pause all torrents" is initiated. I like to have my uploads set to unlimited with priority to ensure maximized seeding. When ever I need to surf I just right click and select "Pause all torrents" however, I frequently forget to "Resume all torrents" and would like to request a feature added to have it automatically resume after a user preset time.
