PeerBlock & IPfilter

Hi Guys.

Recently I came across PeerBlock progam, which is a continuation of the abandoned PeerGuardian project.

PeerBlock development is based on PeerGuardian code as far as I got it.

My questions are:

1. What is your opinion about the program?

2. Would it be redundant to run it during the uTorrent session that is using IPfilter by just unZipping pipfilter.dat.gz from BlueTrack's BISS page http://blocklistpro.com/download-center/ip-filters/

and placing ipfilter.dat into ...\User\Application Data\uTorrent?

Completely useless to not only use peerblock, but to use the bluetack blocklist.
