Impossible to start uT after reboot

Hi, I have a problem and don't know how to deal with it. I really like uTorrent. Earlier uT worked fine, but now after pc restart uT just don't start. I've tried even hdd format, win vista, win 7. I don't know what to do.

Alternative torrent programs are killing my pc :/ Also, the same problem is with BitTorrent.
