Dell PC Tune Up Messing Up Downloads & Seeding

I'm new to the forum, and had a question. Can someone please tell me what settings should I do to Dell PC Tune Up to make it stop interrupting with my downloads? I got it ( Dell PC Tune Up ) to speed up my PC, and just keep it running smooth, but it's turned to a real pain to my back side when I'm doing downloading.

Any suggestions, or advice will greatly be appreciated. Thank You
