The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another

This happens while I'm downloading files.The download will stop and I will have to restart it.I can get the download file to finish but not without multiple restarts.It seems to happen every 5 to 8 minutes.Like another program is checking the downloaded file.I am running windows 7.In the uTorrent properties in compatibility I am running this program as windows vista and as administrator.In preferences/advanced/disk cache,I have disabled windows caching of disk reads.I have temporarily uninstalled Nod32.Nothing I do seems to defeat this problem.

Thanks.I believe that's it.I turned off the indexing and an 8gb file downloaded without stopping.It's a beautiful thing.Two weeks of searching and I finally got the answer.
