Port is Open, then Closes??

Hi Guys, any help greatly appreciated.

I have had good speeds for a while now (800Kb/s). However, i seem to have a new problem. These speeds were on a dynamic ip connection with an open port.

However, my speeds got slow so I set up a static IP, and opened a port manually in my router. And i check that the port is open, and it is (I get the green tick from uTorrent Port Test Page).

However, around 1 min later of assigning this port to BitTorrent, i check it again, and it is closed and i gett the Red Exclamation mark! However, i still have a gren tick in my BitTorrent app.

Please, any help?

Specs: D- Link DSL 2460 R

Windows 7 - 64 bit

Just to quickly add, returned to my Dynamic IP, port is open for a while, then does close. I really don't get it. Still appears open on my router page...(192.168.....)

Wait....i am testing open ports on different sites (e.g. canyouseeme.org) and one second they are open, the next, they are shut, and so on. Hope this helps to find a solution!
