Automatically set max upload rate for every new torrent

I have my global upload set to 50k.

But when i'm downloading 3 torrents for exemple, one may upload 40kb and the 2 other 5kb each.

I don't like this system because it's not equilibrated.

I know that it can manually be set, but when you do this tens of times it gets borring quick.

There was such feature in the once great BitComet.

I hope such an option will be available in uT soon.
