Access denied, Client banned by VBTT XBT Tracker - HELPPP

Hy.

Im using BitTorrent 6.3

When I try to download something from a private tracker in my contury (Slovenia) i keep getting an error Access denied, this client has been banned by VBTT XBT Tracker and HTTP error 404.

Everything was working just fine for the last 3 years untill a month ago this happened...now all my torrents dont upload neather download.

i have my port on ruter opened so thats not the problem.

i have been googleing this problem but nothing seems to work for me.

can someone pleasee helpp meee?
