HI I was wondering if I could ask some questions about utorrent

I am a first time user of Utorrent software so please forgive me for all the questions below:

Are their any security features in utorrent to protect me from downloading a virus or spyware when downloading torrents?

Is it free no charge to download torrents off the internet?

How easy is it to use utorrent for an intermediate computer user?

Can anyone give me some imfo on how to download utorrents safely?

It's safe like your web browser is safe no more and no less. If you download voluntarily some crappy torrents (like some cracked softwares, cracks, keygens etc full of malwares and trojans), don't be surprised to be infected.

But most of trackers have a function to report bad torrents (infected, fake etc). And read the comments to get some information.

So I would say it's safe if you don't download anything without watching out.

On public & private trackers, yes. But many private trackers add pay-per-leech features to boost your ratio and keep it at a good level.

Of course it depends on your internet connection, some ISP cap the bandwidth.
