Port Forwarding Problems

Hi all and Happy Christmas.

I am completely new to this and not very techy, so apologies. When I dowloaded my first 2 games, it worked fine, both ways. Now I can't get anything to download and nothing is moving either way. I have read and followed all the advice given in FAQs to no avail. The portchecker says that my port is not forwarded and can't be connected to. Against the DHT, local peer discovery and peer exchange it says 'not allowed'. The availability bar is red. I have enabled all those options on the settings page. I could really do with some help to get this going (but in simple terms please - I don't understand all the terminology). I don't know what else to try. Thank in advance of anyones help.

Hi. Sorry for the delay in replying. I have now managed to get everything working apart from the port forwarding. I now have a yellow triangle and when I test the port (I have tried changing the port) it always comes up not open. I have given utorrent permission to access on the windows and mcaffee firewalls and I think I have configured my router (belkin) correctly but still cannot get the port to open. The test torrent didn't work either.
