uT 2.0 beta + scheduler = download speed cap?

I think it started happening after last update to build 17539. Download rate is highly affected by upload limit rate. My internet connection is 40Mbps/5Mbps if I set upload limit to 60KB/sec, then download does not go beyond 1MB/sec when connected to seeds only. As soon as upload limit is set to unlimited download speed jumps (almost instantly) to 4+MB/sec

In uT v1.7.7 the download speed was at max with any upload limit above 6KB/sec for the same torrent.

(tested with http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/downloadmirrors#bt )

Any ideas?

Mbps = MegaBit per second

MB/sec = MegaByte per second
